  23. The following is a brief description of the CRUNCHER.
  24.  
  25. The CRUNCHER v2.2 is a series of signal processing routines
  26. written for C programmers. The libraries can be linked under
  27. both Borland C and Microsoft C applications. The routines
  28. include Fast Fourier Transforms (FFTs), wavelet transforms,
  29. coherence analysis, auto and crosscovariance, digital
  30. filtering of data, moments analysis, Wigner-Ville transform,
  31. linear regression, spectral analysis, and cross spectral
  32. analysis. Registered users will receive complete source code
  33. and other benefits including a manual and tutorial on the
  34. techniques used by the CRUNCHER as well as a "no royalty"
  35. license for using the package within commercial
  36. applications.
